"These fossilized Cleoniceras Ammonites are 140 million years old and were found in Mahajanga, Madagascar. They come individual or in sliced pairs so you can see the spectacular patterns inside the shell. The polished finish allows for the detail to stand out. The outer sides may show patches of orange opalescense. Each shell half is approximately 1" across, 1" high, and 1/4 to 3/8" deep. The ammonite you receive will be similar in quality and appearance to the ones shown in the a photo.
These are a great addition to any collection or can be wirewrapped or cast for a great addition to jewelry.
